What is the YouFirst program?
Over the next 21 days I will guide you step by step through a powerful sequence of simple activities that will help you to regain power, happiness and confidence in your mental health & energy. I will show you how easy it is to release anxiety, depression & fear from your body. 21 days of Energy resetting and much needed self care & relaxation.
Together we will face the good, the bad and the ugly with no judgement. You will come out the otherside of this program more grounded, happier & less overwhelmed. You will sooth, expand & regulate your nervous system to find peace, femininity & joy again.
Why this program was created...
After my pregnancy I suffered really bad intrusive thoughts. I struggled with my body image, I had no control over the constant train of horrible thoughts that came out of no where. Like my sons head falling off for example. Because of the constant rollercoaster of emotions I was snapping at my partner over the smallest thing and I was NOT fun to be around. When I asked the health nurse for help for my mental health and she gave me a book to read. I felt so alone & I was really sad about the lack of support out there for postpartum mothers in Ireland.
That's why this program was birthed. To offer women help to regulate their hormones & nervous system naturally in the privacy of their own home. I have soooo may energy healing tools in my kit and I am so happy to share them. It has taken me a whole year to compile this program because I took the year off for myself to regain my body confidence, get stronger mentally & physically, and find my femininity again.
Who this program is for?
This program is for women who feel like they have lost control of their mental health and their energy. It is about giving our bodies the energetic nourishment & healing it needs to make us feel happier & more stable at home. It is about putting ourselves first in order to pass that energy on to our kids and create a safe home environment. I firmly believe that the mother is the most important role in the home. She is the glue and her needs often get left behind. Because men have little to no understanding of our hormonal changes, we are often misunderstood in the home. I am here to offer support behind the scenes to all the women who feel helpless, tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated, and don't know where to start.

What's you'll get?
This course is full of short powerful meditations, breathwork sessions and yoga sequences. All specifically designed to take you out of fight or flight, reduce anxiety, take away fear and activate new energy. ALL can be done in the mess of your living room surrounded by toys.

How this course works?
When we continuously strengthen and work on these areas on the body we start to regulate the nervous system on a really deep level. We will spend 21 days together exploring the breath that keeps you anxious & releasing parts of the body that hold onto stagnant energy. This sequence will give your mind and body an chance to slow down and I will then teach you how activate new energy.
